Kids Are Cool is always on the lookout for good Teachers.  We believe in treating everyone with Courtesy, Dignity and Respect.  We believe we are a starting point for a better life with opportunities for advancement in house and an opportunity to work toward a degree in Early Childhood Development.

In order to work in childcare in Texas, you have to have and/or be able to:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a Texas Criminal background check
• Pass a FBI background check

And love children.  If you’re not loving and giving with children, please do not apply.  We can teach everything you need to be an awesome Teacher except Love…That You Have to Bring With You.

If hired, you will receive:

• 40 hours Pre-service training
• Be required to maintain 20 hours training annually
• CPR & First Aid training

Benefits of working at Kids Are Cool are:

• Help in attaining an Associates degree in Early Childhood Development through South Plains Community College
• After 1 year at Kids Are Cool, you will be eligible for
  • 1 week paid vacation
